How long will my order take?
Processing takes 3–5 business days and delivery takes 8–12 business days, so 11–17 business days in total. Orders placed before 6:00 PM MT on a weekday start processing the same day.
Where does my order ship from?
From our manufacturing partner's warehouse overseas, not from a U.S. warehouse. That is the reason for the transit time.
What does shipping cost?
$7.95 flat, or free once your total after discounts reaches $60.
Do you ship to my state?
We ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. Not to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Yes. Those orders go by USPS, because FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Will I be charged customs or duty?
No. Import duties are already included in the price.
Sizing
Why do some listings use size bands like "Small-Medium"?
Because the style is made in bands rather than single sizes. One option covers two US sizes. Listings that use single sizes say so.
Which styles go above XL?
Several. Our pocket leggings run to 6X, the capri and wide-leg lounge pants run to 4X and 5X, and the two-piece sets run to 3X. The Plus Sizes collection lists all of them in one place.
Do you publish body measurements?
Not yet. We would rather leave that blank than publish a chart we cannot stand behind. Until we have measurements confirmed by the manufacturer, use the size you normally wear in leggings, and email us if you are between sizes.
Returns and refunds
How long do I have?
30 days from the day the order arrives.
Do I pay to send it back?
No. We email a prepaid label and there is no restocking fee. The original $7.95 shipping charge is not refunded on a change-of-mind return.
When do I get my money?
We issue the refund 5–7 business days after the returns facility receives your parcel. Your bank then takes another 3–10 business days.
Can I swap for another size?
Not directly — we hold no stock in the United States, so there is nothing here to swap from. Return it for a refund and order the size you want.
Can I cancel?
Within 24 hours of ordering, yes. After that the order is with the warehouse, but you can still return it.
