About these terms

This website is operated by MARLO FULFILLMENT LLC, a Montana limited liability company trading as virellee ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using this website you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We sell to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. only.

Products, prices and availability

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Our product photography is supplied to us by our manufacturing partner and shows the items we sell. Screens render color differently, so a shade can look slightly different in person. Prices are in U.S. dollars and include any import duties. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.

We may change prices or stop selling a product at any time. If we have taken payment for something we cannot supply, we cancel the order and refund you in full.

Occasionally a product is listed with an incorrect price or description. If that happens we may cancel the affected order before dispatch and refund you, even if the order was already confirmed.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor; we never see or store your full card details. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where the delivery address is outside our shipping area, or where a product is unavailable.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Delivery times, shipping charges and the areas we ship to are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and order cancellation are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details to yourself and for anything done using your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

Our content

The text and layout of this site are ours. Product photography is used under the terms agreed with the supplier who provided it. You may not copy, republish or use any of it commercially without our written permission. If you believe any image on this site infringes your rights, email support@virellee.com and we will investigate and remove it where required.

Limits on our liability

We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Our products are clothing. They are not protective equipment and are not medical devices, and no claim on this site should be read as a health or medical claim.
