How you pay
Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider, which handles the card details directly. We never see or store your full card number.
The payment methods available to you are exactly the ones shown on the checkout page for your order. We do not list payment logos anywhere else on this site, so the checkout page is the only place to look — if a method is not offered there, we cannot accept it.
What you are charged
- The product price, in U.S. dollars, with import duties already included.
- Shipping: $7.95, or nothing once your discounted total reaches $60.
- Sales tax, where it applies, calculated at checkout.
We take payment when you place the order. If we cannot supply what you ordered, we cancel and refund it in full.
On your statement
The charge appears under the name our payment provider registers for this store. If you see a charge you do not recognize, email support@virellee.com with the amount and date before disputing it with your bank — we can usually identify it the same day.
Refunds
Refunds always go back to the card used for the order. Timings are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
